Voyager Upgrade
The Voyager Upgrade is our entry-level enhancement designed to bring older motorhomes and camper vans up to modern lithium standards. Many factory-installed systems still use Lead Acid or AGM batteries, which are heavier, slower to charge, and offer far less usable capacity. The Voyager package replaces these ageing components with a high-performance lithium setup while ensuring the rest of your electrical system is correctly configured to support it.
 
Lithium batteries can be discharged in a similar way to Lead Acid or AGM, but they must be charged at specific voltages and controlled stages to protect the cells and maximise lifespan. Standard motorhome chargers and split-charge systems are not designed for this, which is why upgrading the supporting components is essential.
 
The Voyager Upgrade replaces the key charging elements so your system delivers the correct voltages and charge profiles required for safe, fast lithium charging—both when driving and when plugged into mains power. If you have an existing solar system, we can also upgrade your solar controller to ensure it is lithium-compatible and performing efficiently.

Leisure Battery
Upgraded from Lead Acid/AGM to lightweight, high-capacity lithium for dramatically improved performance and usable power.
DC-to-DC Charger
Ensures the alternator charges the lithium battery correctly, especially on vehicles with smart alternators.
240V Mains Charger
Replaced with a lithium-compatible charger for correct charge profiles when on campsite hookup.
