Deadlocks are locked manually with a dedicated key. Hook locks use a hooked bolt for suitable door arrangements. Slamlocks lock on closing, which may suit frequent delivery access. ArmourShell, anti-peel and latch-protection products address different areas of the door. We confirm suitability and fitting positions for your model.
DeadLock Supplied and Fitted
A van deadlock adds a separate locking point to a compatible door. Operated with a dedicated key, it throws a straight bolt into a purpose-made keep. It works independently of the manufacturer's locking mechanism, giving you control over when the additional lock is engaged. Unlike a slam lock, it needs to be locked manually. TVL HookLock 2.0 adds a separate locking point to a compatible van door. Its hook-shaped bolt engages with a purpose-made keep to help resist the door being pulled apart. The lock operates independently of the manufacturer's locking system and is controlled with a separate key. This gives you an additional layer of door security. Slam locks automatically lock the fitted van door when it closes. They are useful for multi-drop deliveries and other work that involves frequent access to the load area. The door is opened with a separate key, helping reduce the risk of leaving it unlocked between stops. Keep the key with you before closing the door. Supplied and fitted at our workshop in Newton Abbot, Devon. ArmourShell is an external van-door security lock with an interlocking body and hardened steel locking bolt. Its visible shell provides a deterrent and additional resistance to forced entry. The angled body helps deflect direct attacks, while anti-drill protection reinforces the lock. Available in two sizes, it can be fitted to suitable van-door applications. ProtektaPlate adds protection around vulnerable van-door latch areas. The external plate provides a visible deterrent and helps shield the locking mechanism from attack.
